John Saxon is the focus in this episode, as Chief of Surgery Stuart is charmed by an elderly lady refusing cancer treatment in order to die on her own terms, with dignity. He has great chemistry with guest star Josephine Hutchinson, who is fabulous. Their battle of wills takes the form of an intellectual debate. A couple of other patients get excellent b-stories. Realistic and smart, not sentimental. 10/10
