There's a good reason Season 6 feels redundant and boring: the Royal Family has little influence in the 21st century and it serves no purpose other than to feed gossip magazines.
They've really nailed it on the actors portraying the characters. Got everything including mannerisms right...
Still can't get over the actor playing Elizabeth looking more like Paddington Bear than Liz and the queen mum like a homeless woman that just wandered into the scene.
The episode where Diana dies was superb in every way. 10/10
Overall this season 9.5/10

Dragged out Diana death, dragged out Willsmania... and a couple of good episodes near the end of the season. Not a high point of the series, so I think it's good this is the final season.
