What an amazing season finale. Finally putting it all together. And the closing scene with “The Great Gig in the Sky” by Pink Floyd playing under the turmoil of the two simultaneous moments in London and Paris is possibly the greatest use of a 50 year old song in television history. Chills.
Oh FFS!! How long do I have to wait for the next season again?
It's 3am and I should be sleeping but I had to binge this whole season!!! I'm definitely impressed and can't believe I have to wait for season 2, hopefully not too long!
I'm all for strong women and lead characters. And Kate obviously is intelligent, very experienced and knowledgeable.
So why in hell is this show, made by two women, portraying this character as some emotional and irrational wreck whenever Hal or Austin are involved?
She immediately expects the worst, rarely listens when they express their motivation and her first instinct always is to run first and then to follow up with some drama.
Or in other words: Everything you could possibly do wrong as a diplomat.
This series began so strong and there is still lots to like but this part is increasingly ruining my experience.
NO WAY does it end like this!!
Most providers have the wrong series. A series on albi which is awful
now why is ronnie in it????
That was some season finale! Definitely a cliffhanger. Can't wait for the next season!
I was not expecting that ending... :see_no_evil: :flushed:. Looking forward to seeing season 2.
oh my GOD oh my GOD oh my GOD oh my GOD
Definitely nice season finale, the "who's done it"-questions gets a nice twist, all the pieces laid out in this season finally get put together and form a surprising picture. It's pretty interesting that no one really asked one of the most important questions: cui bono? Who profits from attacking anyone, be it in the grander picture of world politics but also in the smaller picture of the more ego-stroking political kind?
Well holy crap. Glad this got renewed lol.
