The narrative captivates the audience, presenting a protagonist who is powerful yet not invincible. The plot traces his life from the very beginning, chronicling the milestones leading up to the fulfillment of his destiny. The setting is crafted with seriousness and feeling.

The big problem with this story is that it's clearly not finished. The Light Novel (2016) ends at volume 5, which corresponds to the end of season 2 of the Anime. The Manga (2017), on the other hand, ends at the same point, but is not marked as a finished work.

Either the story is completely finished (7 years after the last publication of the light novel), or the author will only continue with the manga (last publication: September 2023)?

If the anime/story ends after season 2, it remains an unfinished work for me.

The show sits at a 7.5 for me so I had to round it up to an 8. It could've been a solid 8 had the animations not been so bad outside of a handful of episodes (starting episodes and half of an episode towards the end). They must've have passed it off to the animation C-team.
Will, the story, the characters kept me wanting to see more and episode 5 was a tear-jerker (again, for me).
