One of the worst episodes of the flash. 40 mins of my life that I will never get back. All I want to see is the flash doing flash stuff and I'm stuck watching characters like Cecile and alegra

An episode of "The Flash" without the Flash. How does that seem like a good idea? Well, it wasn't, it sucked!
Cecile doesn’t want to miss her flight but doesn’t think to just call Barry. Who could have handled this case in a second.
Yeah he wasn’t around but why does that matter, he is the friggen Flash.
Otherwise I liked Becky in this episode.
I really like Khione and I even dare to say I like her better then both Caitlin and Frost. This episode however... awful. Way to much attention to Cecile and Allegra... AGAIN.
I guess we needed a filler episode to showcase how badass and essential Cecile is to the tEaM fLaSh, despite being mostly on the background walking around and feeling things.
I don’t really care about Khione, just bring either Caitlin or Frost back. It’s the last season ffs.
We want an episode without Iris!

I'm a huge fan of this show from start to finish, the good and the bad, but I'm the unlucky one to have watched this. The stinger was better than the entire episode. Poorly written and painfully performed, with more plot holes than motivation. I really hope it is a one-off filler and they finish strong...
I know we're all ready to hate watch this final season but, this episode wasn't so bad.
I thought it was a cute & funny side story... less than 5 minutes of Iris is a good episode in my books.
PLUS Bad Luck Becky was awesome.
Not as bad as anticipated (guess it helps when you expect the worst). The cast camaraderie always makes up for the poor scripts, but considering some of the garbage we've had, this story wasn't so bad, it deserves a 5/10 for effort.
Khione is an elemental goddess and she gets her powers from Gaia, we already know (well, I strongly suspect) this. Looking forward to the upcoming confirmation.

This felt like the writers took a genuinely interesting story-concept idea and tossed together some quick and sloppy story around it. There were some good bits in there, but most of it was... disappointing.
I was actually encouraged by the first four episodes of this season; still not as good as Superman & Lois, but certainly easily better than much of The Flash's recent seasons. Then... sigh.
