They are really making Shaun to obnoxious and annoying. It's too unrealistic to believe someone like that would be allowed have the work he does, especially having contacts with actual patients.

Another fantastic episode and touching too. I like how the incorporated the final shot on the cake as a reference to this being the shows 100th episode. Happy 100th "The Good Doctor"! The other commenter Psymann said that the show was bumped but I'm glad that I got to watch it.
