After years of GBBO I figured the Canadian version would be a better bet than the US one (who tend to overdramatise everything in comp shows). It was a good bet! It has the feel of the original with some distinctly Canadian elements too. Its like fans of the show were just excited to make it themselves.
Also, my god. It's like a bisexual dream/torture watching this show though. Both Dan Levy and Julia Chan are a feast for the eyes. I couldn't decide who to look at when both were on screen! Imagine being in that tent!
