1x01 Phase Six

This show is pure crack if you’re into the post-apocalyptic & military genres. Hell of an opening too.

People, people. "80% of the population has been decimated" means 8% have died. It is not right whichever way you apply it.

Didn't enjoy this episode. The synopsis seemed promising but it was poorly executed.

There was no explanation going into the episode or throughout it. The start seemed promising, going straight into the story and action but then it turned into a mess of time jumps that skipped over parts that could of been interesting. The parts that were meant to be interesting were random and only explained after they had happened (and very poorly). Their reactions to the virus weren't realistic at all, no one seemed to be too bothered that the world was falling apart back home. Even worse when the nuclear missile went off. There was plenty of errors too. The ship was shot at with rather big explosions following yet the ship was perfectly fine after, no scratch in sight. A wave a radiation was coming straight for them, yet they stood outside on the ship without any safety wear on (masks, suits etc.).

Generally a bad episode with mediocre acting and poor quality effects. I will give episode 2 a shot but if it's anything like this episode I won't be carrying on with the series. Edit: Dropped after watching episode 2.

Yes. Yes to everything about this show! I'm rewatching it before starting season 4, and I'm excited.

A bit too "Murica" for me. I was thinking of giving it an another episode before making my judgement, but the end scene was just too much. This show isn't really for me.

Just an excellent show, watched season 2 first, now watching season 2. One of the best action shows on TV.

This is just an Excellent show. I enjoy every episode. Started with Season 2 now I'm watching Season 1 on Hulu. Just Great!

This jingoistic propaganda piece does not help me escape reality. The reality is that the CIA illegally tortures folks, Obama illegally assassinates Americans who have had no trial, the NSA illegally records everything you do, and the military creates terrorists by killing hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. I quit after the first episode. Over and out.
