Great sci-fi show with great acting, story and characters. The sci-fi technology elements are good and the use of CGI at moments looks very neat. I want to learn more about the aliens and their technology I hope they announce a season 2 soon!
Only 2 episodes in and this is looking like its going to be a great show.
Very enjoyable, plenty of funny bits, good cast.. so Hollywood will probably cancel it around episode 8.
A worthy sci-fi series that never got the chance to truly shine. Not without flaws, but deserving of the screen time.
It's decent. It's got some intrigue, some sci-fi, lots of unsubtle social commentary, a good dose of environmental alarmism. Good stuff.
The finale is satisfying enough to make it an OK mini-series. It ended where it should have.
[Movistar+] It contains some interesting ideas, scattered throughout an unnecessary ten episodes, sometimes too ambitious, although it constantly betrays the book by creating a kind of successor to Thomas Newton. But, finally, it sacrifices the philosophical questions about humanity with a sappy discourse about family (grandfather and insufferable girl included) and an old-fashioned pseudo-religious message.
Do not get fooled by the first slow episodes. This is one of the best sci-fi shows you will ever seen, this is an effing masterpiece, one of the best thing you will see in TV right now. If this was on Netflix you will already had the "BEST SHOW OF THE YEAR" "ON TOP 10 IN 10000 COUNTRIES" and all this great marketing, but SHOWTIME did soooooo good on this. Quiet and really no one knows that exists.
It is brilliant.
Do your self a favour and see it, you can be one of them who didn't blink and lost the chance to see why a TV show can be better than the most amazing movie.

There's nothing to hold on to here. The science fiction part of things is weak sauce, the acting is so-so but what it really boils down to is that nobody is either relatable or particularly likable - at least not enough of either to waste time on the show.
Just watched the first three episodes and it really suprised me how good it is. It's right up my alley, makes you think about the future of our planet, the scientific possibilities we have and about possible aliens and if they might walk the earth. Great acting, storytelling, cinematics, music and special effects.
funniest show on tv in years they need to bring back V season 3 also same potential we tired of zombies and vampires we need more reptilian shows thats yhe best conspiracy oyt anyway if i had the resources i would jump on that subgenre quick
Just stumbled on this by chance and wow, great first episode with a good cast. It's a very interesting sci fi permiss. So if you like sci fi give this a chance. A warning it's not space lasers but the story seems very compelling.
First episode was top class, some hilarious moments and really looking forward to rest of season.

Another good Sci fi show cancelled.
What a great story and an outstanding cast! It began with tremendous promise, but started to become muddled by the fifth episode and by the eighth you just wanted it to end. Those last three episodes of a series so full of promise were very hard to watch. All the characters were lost and there was no way to understand what they thought, felt, or stood for. Very sad.

The opener is literally the ending, the show creators ruined all anticipation of danger because they had nothing more original than a rewind attention grab.
A little slow at times, though it does get a little more exciting nearing the last few episodes,... All in All,.. A great little Sci-Fi show apart from one thing, Justin Falls, her character as to always play the Victim in every single episode as if the world revolves around her alone and her attitude has really tried my patience throughout.
Wanted to like the show more but it was a bit slow. Would of liked of to see more of the sci-fi/tech story line. Lots of places for season 2 to go and I hope it doesn't bog down in not techie story lines. S1: watch last episode
As the David Bowie's movie was, the series is a bit slow, but ok.
You will need a little patience to get caught in the story but, after every episode, you will be getting more insight about the characters, and the series will be more interesting... Unfortunately, I don't think this one would be renewed for another season...
at first i thought this would be another take on the great walter tevis novel of the same name, which would be perfectly good with me, but actually it's a follow-up some decades later. 4 episodes in i can tell it's great, especially chiwetel ejiofor as the main character is some exceptional acting. rest of the cast is not far behind, story is good enough, so hopefully they keep it that way.
Great acting. Great storyline can't wait to see where this goes. Interesting.
