Poor Jack. I'm getting exhausted just watching him bounce between his grandpa, the werewolves and the the blue rose.

My wild guess about Merlot was wrong but I didn't think that would happen.

I'm beginning to suspect that it's pops who isn't quite koscher. I mean, he comes off as non-koscher from the start, but now I'm thinking he's way less innocent and way more involved in his daughter's death than he likes to admit. Something in the way he's so stubbornly focussed on revenge. And him suddenly being pressed for time to execute it rubbed me the wrong way, just a few days or weeks after he was all happy that because x happened it won't take them years after all.
That, and him starting to take this abusive tone toward Jack just really doesn't sit right with me.

I also really liked that Ethics professor. He was way cooler than to leave just like this. I hope it's a fluke. Like... throwing a bit of dirt on a body, that never helped much.

Gabrielle is so stupid and she's dragging Brandon along too. Jack, even. I get it. They're young, beginners, and make the dumbest choices, but what part of "every spell has a price" is so hard to understand? At least Jack started to realize it, only it was a little too late. What I'm a little suspicious of is that Professor Benson was the one Gabrielle was going to use the spell on and Jack was at her house yet Professor Clarke was the one who got killed by him, not her. I think he's either alive or Jack is being framed somehow.
