This season finally had the cheating wife card right.. In S1, the guy is constantly presented as this horrible dude. The wife cheats on him, he gets slapped and ridiculed. Then later on, The wife cheats on him again and leaves him for dead for another woman. He gets blamed for calling her out and he has to apologize. Even after apologizing, she said that he has to do better to keep her. Like she didn't cheat on him twice and leave him for dead...
This season finally does it beautifully. A slow burn for the information leading to the reveal she cheated on him. The tension doesn't blame it on the guy but has realistic dialogue and consequences for the show. And I love how the side guy is the one revealed to be the purger just to be with the girl. Beautifully executed.
