The only thing i can think of is the US government will want to know about that pool of water and take it and use it for their own benefit as usual. They will never allow normal people to be the only ones that knows about this.
I think the question you have to ask since they still aren’t answering all the questions. So what i took from this is “would you give up 15 years of your life will actually 15 years of all your other love ones life since you dont age just to see 1 love one one last time?”
The quote she said about “i dont want to lose 15 years” is stupid because it’s only been 15 years because know one found them so in reality you could stay in for any amount of time once you tell someone to come get you. Simple.

I thought there was no service in the jungle. How did the kid call his parents. There is too much random shit in episode 7 & 8 that makes no sense. It’s like they fired the creative staff and outsourced it kids in Asia.

This finale left way too many unanswered questions and I don’t think it was able to pay off all of the intrigue the show built. With that being said, some good emotional themes were there and I think those were paid off pretty nicely, but the payoff and answers to all of the mystery surrounding the plot felt a little lackluster. It’s almost as if they could’ve done something much more satisfying and cooler but instead what we got was just okay.
