It's great that Wuxian was able to save Ning, he's such a good egg, he and his sister really have been through enough, it's time they got a good break. Wuxian deserves a break too, the scene with him sad drunk and pouring his heart out about how he's "no good" was just heartbreaking... and then Lan Zhan being punished for going to see him, that's some bullshit... Wuxian was right, these clans and their inhumane rules are trash.
This show is beautiful molasses, it's so pretty but the story is also so incredibly slow in developing, still, Wuxian, Lan Zhan and their kid are too adorable to quit.
