Watching now! I'm glad that Negan, is telling his story. I'm not sure if Maggie appreciates hearing it however, it's making sense why he was doing what he thought was right at that time. He is trying to redeem himself and I like THIS present Negan a lot.

Man, Negan is such a complex character - brutal and merciless on the one hand, kind and compassionate on the other.
This episode has cemented this series as a must watch, and brought me back into the walking dead universe after it lost its appeal a few years ago.

Yup, this is refreshing and it's winning me over. Really happy with Jeffrey Dean Morgan's performance so far. Not sure about Zeljko Ivanek as 'The Croat' though.
