First of all, could have done without Toby's out of the blue attraction towards that poet - can't he be seriously interested in her in a mere intellectual manner and not care about how his tie looks? I liked Dern's character, but it's somehow the same issue as back a few episodes when CJ was so angry about the deal with Qumar.
Lemon-Lyman - and back when TWW ran, things were just starting up on the internet, now there are social media as well. Josh would seriously go around the bend even more nowadays.

But it's one filler episode after another right now... at some point this show needs to pick up speed again, as with the exception of Bartlet for America there's been not a single episode that actually comes close to what seasons 1 and especially 2 were able to deliver.
