"Should we arrest David Copperfield?" "Yes we should" very funny.
This is another manhunt episode. This time, Mulder and Scully are after an escaped convict who, after being put in "the box" by the prison warden, is swept up by a tornado and returns with the ability to pass thru solid matter, including people. The first half is slow, but it picks up when the convict realizes he has a son and will allow no one to get in his way in taking him.

Now I know what he meant by "I Want What's Mine!"; what's also weird is the opening credits showed a "David Bowe" (who plays Robert Werther) which reminded me of the recent passing of David Bowie.
