i love the fact that they included the virus & george floyd
if his new therapist has anything to do with his mom, I'm done with this show, it's ridiculous
Definitely underwhelming for a season premiere. I was disappointed. They are really time jumping in these episodes. Madison went from "I'm pregnant" and no baby bump to looking like she's 6-7 months pregnant.
Just when you think the writers can't pull anything on us cause we're so good a picking the plot twists in this shoe they simply do it again!! I do wonder what the season would've looked like if there was no covid and all the other bad stuff in 2020. Then again it makes for some serious reality check up and the way they look at things. Giving the audience a different perspective. Can't wait to see what happens next
Most unnecessary plot twist ever.
Malik asking Randall "why not?" was the first time I've actually appreciated Malik as a character. Pity that Randall didn't actually answer (not that I expected him to).
Why weren't Randall & Beth upset a week ago when 18 black people got shot in Chicago. Or 3 weeks ago when 10 people got shot. Or 4 weeks ago when......
I wonder why Randall never asked William about his specific date and time of birth, considering he was present and probably could've remembered how much time has passed from that moment to the moment he took him to the fire station.
The resurrection of Randall's mom... Not sure how I feel about it, but could be interesting, even though not much realistic, and as someone pointed out, if she'd turn up as a black lady psychologist - it would be too obvious and lame, hope they won't resort to that.
I like Kevin's maturity in this episode, hope it'll continue.
As time goes on and I'm changing myself, I accept Randall more now, and I realize that his character is very realistic, people who had endured some kind of trauma early on that shaped them are always like that, intense and somewhat difficult (my mom is like that, I realize it more now). Anyhow, despite being cheesy and looking too mellow to cynical individuals (like myself sometimes), the show still gives us important messages, and can be a kind of therapy as itself.

Does anyone else dislike that they incorporated coronavirus into the show? It takes me out.
