I'd like to try driving a bulldozer but I know that it would be difficult because of having to use and coordinate both hands at the same time. You would naturally want to move one a certain way and the opposite one would want to do it, especially trying to control your non-dominant hand. I would think that the best people for jobs such as these would be ambidextrous.
