Another enjoyable episode, although some punchlines are getting predictable (the opposite of what a character says happening for a joke with an exaggerated reaction from the straight guy, and with Ojisan being oblivious to how others view him) I'm still enjoying the comedy of the show.
Moreover, with how much they'd been showcasing the Elf girl Ojisan worked with, I'm wondering if she's going to become directly involved with the main cast, or if she'll just be kept in Ojisan's flashbacks as a tsundere character who Ojisan is completely oblivious about.
I'm liking the relationship being built up and explored between Takafumi and Fujimiya, it seems the show is atleast treating this one seriously. It's nice seeing how even with how aggressive Fujimiya was in the past, Takafumi saw past that and built a strong friendship with her, with them now rekindling that friendship in the modern-day. Also, I hope Fujimiya actually confesses her feelings and we don't just stick with her being the "embarrased girl who can't confess" for the whole show.
