My God I am sick of this structure being used in everything - open with big bombastic confusing scene, cut back x time units in the past, cram in a healthy amount of exposition, and then end the episode with the same scene with one new thing revealed. Wow, amazing, you bookended your story, bravo! Shame everyone has been doing the same thing for eons now.
Animation is cool, although the wobbly hair is a bit distracting. I assume the real mind-bending wacky stuff that actually shows off what this kind of animation can do will show up later.
So, on the one hand we have Sam, who is well-adjusted, communicative and compassionate; and on the other hand, we have the Winograd family, who are just a bunch of narcissists, all of them.

74 | The animation of Undone looks like foggy memories. There were no wrinkles on the faces, the backgrounds were blurry and the tone color was light but faded. Alma's character was amazingly written especially when she interacted with her sister. We could see something broken inside her and there was a story behind it. Undone intends to put us in a bad mood.
