The second series is definitely not as good as the first. Although I quite enjoyed the first one this one just seems like a big expensive advert for all the things Mark does. It certainly doesn't detract from the fact that it's admirable to care about so many things and companies and still stay sane and positive. Definitely worth a watch! But ...
I still don't understand how fitness and tequila go together. This booze promotion is just evil in my eyes. Everybody wants to be in the alcohol business and they don't care that it's as fucked up as drugs. As long as it brings in the money.
Another thing I really didn't like is the absolute monetization of his sons' hobbies. Collecting cards. I didn't think anyone asked them if they wanted to make another mega business out of it. But you can't really see into that in detail. Just my feeling.
And finally, the censorship of Mark's film Father Stu is a classic example of American hypocrisy. The pretty director wasn't happy about the decision at all. It's all such a weird charade in Hollywood.
