I unfortuantely spoiled myself and checked on Wikipedia in which league the club plays so the finale was kinda.... set in stone for me. But how we got here and that final game was quite a ride. What a great first season with lots of character and heart and I look forward to season two!
This may have been a good episode of a great documentary, but I can't imagine many Wrexham fans wanting to remind themselves of this match XD
The timing wasn’t great. There wasn’t enough time in the episode if they had to play another game.
Such a beautiful ending to season 1 that manages to capture the frustrating feeling of seeing your team lose what always seems like the most important match of all time. Really impressive. I'm convinced Rob McElhenny is a genius.

What a beautiful first season. They gave so much attention to so many facets of a football club. So many real people with real stories. Real joy and real pain. The show was so much more than I had expected it to be.
