I'm officially team Go Eun Seob, if I wasn't already before. I somewhat get Soo Yeon's behaviour, but dying slowly and (probably) painfully in a few months/years instead of going into a wheelchair and heal with your love beside you... Anyway, Eun Seob was there for Yeo Reum from day 1, he helped her, sent almost too obvious signs, but you know what? If Yeo Reum didn't see any of that, if she won't even hesitate choosing between Soo Yeon and Eun Seob, she sure as hell doesn't deserve Eun Seob's love. (Of course, you can't choose who you love, but ignoring Eun Seob's signs and especially this plead... that would be harsh.)
On the other hand... Na Young Joo, jjang!! ISTG, if she doesn't change her mind about Oh Dae Gi, she will be my favourite supporting character ever. She doesn't rule out entirely the option of dating Oh Dae Gi, but she states that right now she just wants to concentrate on her work and make money. That's my girl!
