Victoria and Babs could not have a more different attitude towards their size. Victoria is evangelical about body positivity and dismisses health concerns as a result of obesity. Babs, however, tearfully admits she hates everything about her body size. They, and seven other people who identify as fat, are spending a week together discussing their feelings about weight as well as other people’s attitudes to them. Inevitably there’s soon dissent. Some views may infuriate you, many will touch your heart and some may make you reassess your attitude. It’s certainly a thought-provoking way to highlight the complexities of weight and the health issues it can cause.
