one episode in and this is my hot take; Cena and Byer were stiff/bland and all the jokes felt forced/unfunny. Kostek doesnt seem to be charismatic or quick-witted enough to interact with the contestants or make sideline jabs/jokes. i, also, dont see the benefit of teams in any aspect of the competition.
with the original US show; John, John and Jill were perfect - even Vanessa was decent.
i think ill be skipping this iteration of Wipeout.
