Is the Ausländerbehörde problematic: yes, very much Are most of the issues systematic and are happening in literally every civil office: Yes! A lot of the problems addressed are due to underfunding of Germanys civil service and lack of qualified people who work there. oh and stupid politics. I normally agree with a lot of Böhmermanns points but this episode kind of annoyed me.
I enjoyed the christmas song at the end (and the special appearance of the Grundgesetz xD)
