Maybe it's because I hated my job a huuuuuge amount when I started the show. (I think this show definitely added to me actually quitting it!) But because of that + the banger opening, I loved this show a lot. The finale; left quite a bit to desired because you don't actually have that close of a bond with the villagers or their people yet, but for the hype of following dreams and loving life it's absolutely a great ending too. The friends together deciding to save the world is just a really great hype ending. With the added opening song making it also just a very lovely end that still left me bawling, albeit with happiness

Might be too happy go lucky for some people but it was definitely in my alley :D

Started very good since it was like it was describing how most of people feel about their life/jobs but became boring pretty soon

I can really relate to this anime. But I might only have 25 things I want to do before I get bitten by a zombie.

Watching Zom 100 brings back our childhood dreams.

The music, the animation, the character design, the colorimetry, the story - everything was magnificent.

The message the anime is trying to spread (at least from what I understand) is that no matter what your family, professional or social situation is, never give up on your dreams and live your life to its fullest, because you only have one life, and it would be a shame to spend it depressed.

The only downside, which probably made many people give up on the series, was the delay in releasing the episodes and, above all, the fact that a Live Action movie was released on Netflix at the same time as the anime series.

Even though the movie has a different ending (especially since it combines two arcs into one), I still found myself spoiled on several characters and denouments. It's a shame, but it doesn't diminish the quality of the anime series (the movie was good too, I'm not saying it wasn't, but the anime has a better charm).

I'm looking forward to season 2.

I didn't have that much fun watching the last 3 episodes as I did in the past, as the constant break messed up the flow of the story. A good show ruined by production delays. This show is a classic example of waiting for a show to complete airing and then binge watching it.

I am very concerned that it will be delayed, and the continuity of the story.
The plot is decent, the fight scenes are good, but the antagonists, I was left wanting...
I don't feel that it suffered so much, it's a zombie story and maybe worse things will happen in the manga later on, I'd like to see that plot developed (if a 2nd season comes out).
There are things I felt rushed and a lot of help from the script.
I hope to see more, and a better plot, as I think the characters are good (at times somewhat generic), but if they are given a good development I think it can be a good show.
8.5/10

I kinda liked it. Gotta admit, it's very strange though. Sort of philosophical, sort of ridiculous and all together a bit silly. Loved the way everything was dramatized and how colorful the gory scenes are which really emphasized the ridiculous nature of this show. It feels a bit aimless right now (I'll update this when the seasons actually over) but I think it's a pretty interesting show in a saturated genre.

Meh, didn't hook me. Love the use of vibrant colors adn the artstyle in general though.
