I'm a big fan of Simon Pegg but this one is definitely meh. Was happy to watch it but it's neither funny or so interesting. It's just a good easy-watching film for a rainy weekend.
Not very well played, but the story itself is interesting. It's worth it if you're not French.
Thomas Ngijol's latest performance is a unique blend of stand-up comedy and TEDx-style insights. Not always laugh-out-loud funny, but it's cool, engaging, and thought-provoking. A refreshing take that's more than just comedy—it makes you think and leaves you pleasantly entertained.
I smiled. Not laughed, but smiled.
Amazing as usual. I love this guy.
it's just provocative, trying to make you shocked but it's too obvious, boring.
‘My Out-Laws’ sadly misses the mark as a comedy, coming across as both boring and cheesy with its attempts at humor. However, as a French person who used to live in Paris, now residing in London, I found a bit of solace in the film's Parisian setting. It nostalgically reminded me of home, providing a small yet meaningful comfort amidst an otherwise underwhelming comedy.
After viewing "Don't Breathe 2," I must say I was rather underwhelmed. The film struck me as an unnecessary follow-up, failing to recapture the ingenuity and tension of the original. It felt like a bit of a rehash, lacking in fresh ideas or substantial character development. The plot seemed contrived, and the twists appeared a bit ham-fisted, rather diminishing my enjoyment. It's a pity, really, as there was scope for a riveting sequel, but this film just didn't hit the mark. It ended up feeling like a superfluous addition to the franchise, not quite living up to its potential.
The inaugural season of 'Liar' was an exceptional display of storytelling and character development, captivating audiences with its intricate plot and dynamic performances. The conclusion of this season could have served as a fitting denouement, leaving viewers satisfied with its resolution. In contrast, the second season, although it attempts to provide further explanation and context, falls short in its execution. The pacing is noticeably slower, detracting from the show's earlier momentum. Additionally, there seems to be a disconnect in the portrayal of the characters, despite them being played by the same actors. This inconsistency in character depiction undermines the authenticity and engagement that the first season so brilliantly established.
I found the film to be quite pleasant to watch. It was refreshing to see a story centered around the Norwegian battle. However, I couldn't help but notice that the French characters were portrayed as well-dressed but lacking in intelligence the way they speak. As a French person, this portrayal left me feeling disappointed. :grimacing:
I find this particular TV show to be rather dull and uninteresting. The lack of engaging content and captivating storyline fails to capture the viewer's attention. The show's overall presentation and execution fall short in delivering an entertaining and immersive experience. The characters and plotlines lack depth, leaving the audience craving for more substance and excitement. The pacing of the show feels slow and monotonous, further contributing to its lackluster appeal. Overall, this TV show fails to captivate its viewers and falls short in providing an enjoyable and engaging television experience.
Such a boring film. David Fincher? Really? it's disappointing.
Not really up to date now. Boring.
Quite boring and goofy in a bad way.
This is cool but way far from Homeland about thriller and way far from Borgen about politics.
Such a crap. Oh my god.
Cool but not enough. Was technical but I wanted a bit more.
I liked the idea, the atmosphere, the way it's filmed. But it's quickly boring as hell. Meh.
Oh god. Such a crap. I didn't get it why netflix told me 99% match. I now question myself a lot about my tastes. Thanks, no thanks.
I found it really cute. :)
Really wacky film which I appreciated
Just perfect. :gun::gun::gun::gun::gun: Five stars!
The half of the film is really great, the rest is totally wtf and the end is so disappointing. Not so good.
Boring as hell. I don't recommend at all.
Just amazing. The french humour came back. Loved it.
A black mirror focused on relationships. I loved it.
This is cool but rather misogynist.
