This was a very bad movie. There were some funny lines, like 2, but overall the movie fails to deliver. You can say that this movie is aimed for children, because this movie was all over the place and with the (what I assume) cameo of all the many YouTubers it felt it was targeting at a very specific audience that watch 10 minute videos. The movie is supposed to be a family/comedy, but with the bad 4th wall breaking (See Deadpool for some good 4th wall breaking) this feels like an awful structured YouTube video.
It's such a shame to see another bad Dutch movie in a row and I do know that some latest movies have a really good budget. Seeing the vehicles this movie uses you can't say they had a very low budget for this movie, but adding some cool cars to the movie doesn't make a movie the next Fast & Furious. I really hope that there will be some good Dutch movies in the future, showing the world (atleast Belgium) that we can make some solid movies.
In my eyes this movie was a huge waste of time and the line "Get a life" from the movie actually made me think during the movie.
Save yourself the money on this movie. Scenes from the trailer are nowhere to be found in the movie, but I can live with that if the movie is still good, but boy it wasn't.
This could have been a good mystery IF they made Arve Stop actually do some shady stuff, the entire movie Katrine wanted to bust Arve for the murders, but based on what? Sleeping with woman...? Making money by betraying friends...? This movie had waaaaay too many loose ends. If you watch the movie you know what I mean. The entire sequence between Rafto and Svenson for example. Was this just a filler? What did it add to the movie, except for the murder scene of Rafto?
The movie makes a very predictable end by putting the nice guy as a bad guy. Motive of the winter murder spree is not explained that good in the movie. The way he died was too stupid for words. For people who want to know, he fell through the ice, when he was closing in on a shot down detective Harry Hole. For a serial killer that never doubted killing someone this death could easily be prefented by shooting his gun from a distance.
So keeping this all in mind. I rate the movie a 3, because of the acting. it was ok, but ok acting doesn't make an ok movie.
The "comedy" serie that makes you laugh, think and cry. The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air does a really good job at discussing real life issues like drugs abuse, firearms, racism and more, but still with some good comedy.
The reason I like the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air so much is because of the good cast. They complete eachother and that's also something you can see in the episode "I, Whoops, There It Is" in season 6 a.k.a. the blooper episode.
Some of the episodes can really surprise you. Starting off light and with comedy, hitting you right in the feels a few minutes after, so always be aware.
The last episode was the sadest one. Not that everyone moved on with their lives, but the moment everyone got honest. Will being scared of losing another family. Uncle Phill finally telling Will that he's a son to him, Will watching Carlton do the Calton dance and letting him do it. Geoffrey saying he will miss the family in his own way and still carrying Hilary's bag when he's off-duty.
All the actors are really good at acting and I sure will miss James Avery. May he rest in peace!
I surely wish there were more series like The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.
This serie grabbed me and haven't let me go yet. 13 Reasons Why was very well made and the mystery in this serie is the reason why I kept watching, and watched the entire serie in 1 sitting (almost, I had to sleep). I wanted to know why Hannah killed herself, who was responsible and the event leading up to this tragic event. Every one of those questions was answered, but the "serie finale" left alot of new questions unanswered. Is this a way of telling that it never ends? Maybe a way so everyone can think their own ending and get the ending they want? What will Tyler be doing? Will Tyler be the reason for a new season? I personally think they shouldn't be doing a season 2, but Tyler already preparing of taking down the people that actually "failed" him instead of what Hannah did. After seeing the 13 episodes I see alot of people making mistakes. It was Hannah saying stuff while people just obeyed what she wanted, but what she really wanted was just someone to give her what she needed not wanted (this is also what Clay says in during one of the later episodes against Tony). I hope everyone will learn something from this serie and note that suicide may look like the answer so everyone is free of the burden, but it's not. People will notice the impact of a suicide and you will be missed. There are always people that care about you. Everything you do will have a consequence and that is what this serie shows off best.
