To me it feels like this show is coming to an end? Every episode always has its ending closures that are so tiny in the information that they bring next into the next episode that they spend a whole season to give out piecemeal information on with everything that's going on. What happened to the other lady that was like this rouge leaper and was doing crazy stuff to try to also link up with Ben to then try and mess things up or talk to Ben by also being a leaper as well with having 2 quantum leaping machines on at the same time.
They started off this season with Ben being lost in the system and the program being canceled along with all the craziness it took to get it back online. I don't like when shows that go from season one to the next season with cut content or not properly revisiting issues that arose a few episodes ago in the last season, to then go into a different direction that just leaves you more confused later.
I am having deep feeling that this show could not get a season 3? but also to the writing and what's going on is at some points not all that clear to me. Maybe once more was explained to me what's going on and how NBC/ CBS plans what to do with this show then maybe I can appreciated a bit more and be on board with what they're doing. Is any of this show based on books or are they just flying by the seat of there pants with what there doing with this show?
My only last gripe with what NBC/ CBS is showing us is with what this fragmented hard drive to work on bringing Ben home is doing is I could theorize and see Ben possibly having to maybe hunt down clues that makes his freedom work out to being the key, over many episodes. With as long as that have dragged out this many episodes over simple stuff that could be the direction.
Hannah could randomly play a part in that? She was doing some wild science stuff. I dont think its going to be a one hit wonder from this fragment of this hard drive in the next episode unless there going to stop production by the next episode in 2024 which would be very weird. So that's my limited view of where I can see this going.
There's gotta be something big that's going to make Hannah be apart of something.
I didn't watch this movie on release because youtube reviews got to me before I got to watching it, and there was all this wild negativity on the movie. so Multiple months later I finally took the time to watch it, and I didn't have a problem with it much at all. I can understand yes hollywood does do some boring sometimes repetitive stuff, or some content can seem dull. or how movies 10 or 20 years ago were better than they are today, but yeah if you don't let the internet control what movies you want to see or not see and you don't subscribe to the norm I guess. I can definitely say that yes there was a lot of editing lots of 3D lots of heavy VFX! I liked it alot for that much of that part and appreciate it. So yeah I should say that not letting youtubers like "Moon" effect what it is that you like watching or not watching.
I did watch the nick fury "Secret Invasion" TV show that might be a small requirement to need a little bit of context when it comes to watching this movie. Though with the amount of information that was shown on the green goblin looking figures they keep it concise on their issues and to be continued, and there will probably be a follow up to the Secret Invasion at some point I think.
It's interesting seeing Kaley Cuoco in something more than just the big bang theory I have been seeing her pop up in other things overall recently but all I can see her as is the person being a waiter at in the TV show of the the big bang theory TV show I watched so much on CBS. I don't know what it is about her there's just this energy about her, that just keeps her going. I just noticed shes like 2 years away from turning 40 just shocking. Shes a good actor she does well. The only sad thing is that if your going to be an actor don't stick to one role as one character for too long or you will only be known for that girl for doing that TV show that ended (the big bang theroy). I just noticed that she's the voice of Harley Quinn for a TV Cartoon show and other things, I can totally picture her as being Harley quinn that's great vibe. When actors are voice actors that's always great cause overall that could be easier overall to preform. But yeah it's good to see that she's done quite a lot I didn't notice how much stuff she has done I think a good amount of it has been in voice so it hasn't been as noticeable to me, great to see Kaley Cuoco doing great.
Saw this in the movie theater on release it was really good. Sad story over all. But you gotta remember that Mcdonald's isn't about the food, it's about the Real Estate! Real Estate is where the money is at! if the Burgers went from $2 to $5 and nothing changed about the burgers people would still buy them probably. The Ice Cream is trash, there Machines basically never work. Taylor the Ice Cream Machines that Mcdonald's has is in a long term crazy contract that has some bad terms in them. Theres no third party repair. and even when there's been attempts to fix the Ice Cream Machines with Third Party repair like not contacting "Taylor" to repair them Taylor I think pulled the card of Threatening to void the warranty with tampering or something crazy like that with these expensive ice cream machines that Taylor charges Exorbitant fees to Mcdonald's to repair their machines when they need to be repaired.
The crazy part is that Wendy's, Burger King other Fast Food that uses Taylor machines doesn't have the same crazy contract or issues that McDonald's has been Pigeon hold into for decades. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uCpY3tFTIA
This movie was wild! movies just aren't made like this anymore! Michael Keaton has such a big forehead like damn lol but yeah even in 2023 if you remade this movie in in current times I could see there being way more fluff and dull moments or really bad scenes. but for being done in 1998 that was done very good over all.
If was in Michael Keaton's role I would go for more destruction and start wiping out police and get rid of the government release all the prisoners really make things turned up to 11 that would be some real Desperate Measures.
I did like how they did the opening credits text motion graphics, with them being animated at a 2.5D Angle sorta and moving out of the frame a whole bunch I have seen a lot of opening movie credits and that really changes things up from all other movies that just do a basic 2D slap it on screen and fade it out boring style everyone does.
this movie is so wacky and so out there and wild! how did anyone think that movie was like the "future" or that we could fully reconstruct a human from part of an arm like Adam and Eve type of stuff. Just such a wild movie I tell you that. Its very at times maybe on edge? there's just ever so much cringe but its not bad at all, maybe I would call it corny? its hard to define. I have probably seen this movie like 5 times over many years I keep forgetting how many wacky moments there are each time I watch it.
I even remember at one time seeing it being played at chucky cheese for some odd reason.
I absolutely loved this show. I don't know if its the first or near of some of the first shows to start playing around with the idea of the concept of "VR" but there's just a simple scene where not really spoiling anything nothing having to deal with story is that same kid on the show is punished and told to go to his room by his Mother. Mother I think was trying to ground the kid but when he's in his room he puts a headset on his face and boom does VR type stuff. Little do you you know we have things like the quest VR headset by some companies like Oculus, HTC Vive, Facebook's Meta Quest headset and more.
The small tidbit of a scene I described isn't necessarily anything in my mind having deal to deal with the story.
I like to think in my mind this is where some of that came from, but not entirely sure and it's probably a straight coincidence of course.
