this was such a great movie, i had the original gameboy and was around 8 when it came out and had absolutely no idea on the nightmare it took to reach me!
Taron Egerton continues to impress me after being fantastic in black bird, very impressed by him and this movie was amazing
nikita really portrayed alexey well too, and i loved at the end getting some of the IRL footage of them together, so happy he made things happen for Alexey and wasnt about greed, fantastic movie and great to learn more about it. One of the best movies of 2023 for me so far
its a really good show but i hate how "americanised" it is, by this I mean they clearly try to make these massive cliffhanger moments or some stuff that feels very staged to keep the interest levels up
me and my brother love it, we're from teh UK and both feel this way, the stuff they have is already really interesting but it feels like they have to just "usa it up" to keep other folk interested when its enough on its own merit without what feels like fake bells and whistles
i love travis and erik together, you can see it warms Erik heart whenever Travis gives him a serious compliment :-)
Dragon in the first season really annoyed me for some reason, but ive grown to like him as time went on
wasnt the same after Charlie sheen left, i think i lasted 2 and a half episodes...
season 2 does not do the shows season 1 justice at all
im not sure if there was different writers but it was a hard watch, it took me a long time to finish it as i just didnt want to both after a few episodes it was very forced. Craig Foster is great but for this I wish they hadnt done a season 2 at all
enjoyed season 1 and would recommend it for some easy watching, but stay away from season 2 and save yourself the bother
Pretty rubbish movie sadly, read the wiki for the summary of the movie and the murder and save yourself 110 minutes
in honesty i went into this on the back of some comments on a podcast and found it really entertaining
You really grow to love the people in the house, Sam really stood out for me personally and it was great to see him happy, you felt for Lewis a bit for sure
but really, it really gave me a whole new view
I'm not usually big into F1, I've watched it over the years from the late 80's/early 90s with my dad at the time but in honesty the domination of 1 manufacturer usually makes it pretty boring for me
this gave f1 a whole new perspective for me and actually made me far more interested in it than I ever had been
I had initially had this recommended to me from a friend and it didn't dissapoint, the acting was superb and the whole thing was put together really well
season 1 was great, edge of your seat stuff at times and you really grow to have an affection for the characters
season 2 you're perhaps thinking like me, im not sure there was another season in this but they somehow kinda made it work, it wasn't great by any and some of the acting was so bad, yasmin was a truly terrible actress and so awful on screen, Aine Rose Daly was so annoying but you felt like that could have been her character
Season 3 - awful, i managed 2 episodes, by which time you realise Aine rose Daly character is just... you have to switch it off, hanna by this stage is also quickly becoming annoying and the whole plot lines are just something thrown together to milk what started off as a great show. I think i made it to nearly the end of episode 2 before i thought, why am i doing this to myself and ultimately took the sane choice of binning it
only ever watched the first season as i was only interested in the OJ case, but that season was amazing and would definitely recommend
I was alive during the OJ case but i was only 12 so a lot of the details i had "heard" but never understood fully until i re-watched all of thisand it was fascinating, acting was superb too
pilot was great, im a big fan of guilerme del toro so i had high hopes
I even didnt mind and thought some of the first season was good, but by the time the "monster" shows itself its already bordering on mediocrity and seeing just how bad the thing was, i had to turn it off, its a shame as it really showed a lot of promise in the beginning but then the acting and plot just seemed to deteriorate fast
by the time you see the monster as it looks so bad you geninely have to laugh at just how bad, its like a 70s or 80s prop in a time when CGI is unreal
brilliant show when it released, felt like the first of its kind and the acting was amazing, much like a lot of other shows though it started to dull and feel played out and that they were milking it
gave up by start of season 4, the first 3 seasons were amazing though, 1 and 2 in particular with Robert Sheehan were teh best seasons as the characters had fantastic chemistry between them at the time
the first few seasons were great and i loved it but it started to borderline on ridiculous
was happy season 5 was the last as I was already forcing myself to finish it by this stage
if you had asked me to rate the series after 1 or 2 seasons i would probably say 8, then after 3... drops to a 7 and now i think im at a 6 for teh whole show
season 1 and 2 were ok, you get so tired of them saying "A" as they all look in different directions into the horizon a few times an episode like they are about to see her float in mid air, didnt make season 3 but my partner continued it, she hatedt he bad acting and plotlines but somehow didnt want to stop watching which confused me
first season was great, 2nd season was "ok"
i honestly cant believe its had 4 seasons as it was bordering on ridiculous by the end of season 2/start of season 3
start of season 3 i binned it altogether as it was just a joke
