In this episode, the part where everybody is at the table made me think about this expression: “you could cut the atmosphere with a knife”. Solid acting, good writing.
"I don't want to be important or successful. I just want to be myself."
I can totally relate to that, even many people can't seem to understand that.
Elizabeth Keener is HOT. I can't blame Ressler for breaking the law by aiding and abiding a fugitive.
Out of all the deaths, I didn’t expect Ivar’s to be the one that would get me. His talk with Hvitserk, his admission of fear, a great performance by Alex Høgh Andersen  Couldn’t help but shed a few tears..
I loved Floki telling Ubbe that he looks like Ragnar, their talk on the beach was a bittersweet end to conclude the story.
This show has had its ups and downs, it especially suffered in the last two seasons, but I think we got a somewhat decent ending…
For all the flaws this show had after Ragnars death I think this is a decent and saitsfactory ending. And at least they didnt ruin the legacy of (and my enjoyment in rewatching) the first seasons like a certain other show. The first three seasons will always remain one of favorites of any show ever.
An error? Boars are not native to North America and were not brought here until the 1500s (feral pigs) and true wild boars in the 19th century.
Very smart from Ivar.
Harald's death would've been very underwhelming if he didn't take his killer with him. I found it a bit touching when the first response from Harald was simply "Valhalla"
I can not even describe the feeling when Floki lowers himself from that hut! I had a hunch it was going to be Floki when the lady told Ubbe about the 'crazy man' but up until that point I truly believed him to be dead. It's nice to see him back for the last moments of the show.
Harald is such a complex character for me personally. I hated him and I loved him. He made some stupid decisions and his ambitions always got the better of him. He got everything he wanted and always wanted more but then he'd lose again and he'd be so sad that I couldn't help but pity him again. His death didn't hurt me as much as I thought it should, maybe because he had it coming by now but when Halfdan showed up I damn near lost it! That was such a welcome surprise!
Ingrid is playing a dangerous game here but I have no one else to root for on that side of the ocean so fuck it, she's it.
And finally, Vinland is canon. :joy:
Finally some Action in this Season. I Like the Bromance between Ivar and Hvitserk. Nonetheless glad that this series is over after this Season. Wish back the good old times in the earlier seasons...
Ubbe storyline is so boring. I hope it leads to something but at this point it’s just a filler.
All the talk about bad trips, was it the poppy that caused that awesome trip Hvitserk just had?
Oh no, then he's crying in the rain, then laughing. Nevermind, I'll take a pass on mood swings, keep that shit away....
So are we going to repeat the whole Ketill/Floki plot but this time with Ubbe??? :unamused:
Felt like a series finale... Let's hope we don't see anymore of this dreck, at least I'm gonna try to have seen the last of this.
Meh, started great, has amazing moments
But overall:
Meh.
So let this end how we begin.
"Humans say the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Why? Do they think there’s a shortage of bad ones?

These little droids were as useful in taking back the ship as Jar-Jar Binks.
I had tears of happiness while I read the quote by Mr. Roddenberry. That tied it up with a bow on it...if that's the end of the series, I'm happy. Of course, I'll enjoy it even more if it continues!
Every episode this season is absolutely Terrible! CBS, please just stop! Discovery is done. I love the Star Trek shows & this ain’t it! Just call this prog discovery & leave the Star Trek bit off, coz discovery isn’t even close to the high standards the normal Star Trek series has set.
Network must be regretting signing for 4th season. So bad. Need a real captain and number 1.
Did Ivan just suddenly have a change of personality and and turn from a maniacal genius into the stupidest person on the planet ? Thought I was watching the last season of Game of Thrones for a second there
So boring, it seems writers are out of material just stretching to get done! Was one of my favorite series....sad
A documentary that remains halfway through the Bee Gees' career. There is a lot of music and good pace, but it turns out to be a mediocre approach, which only sparsely addresses the problems of alcoholism, drugs and personal disputes. The virtue is to publicize the previous music of the Bee Gees, before disco music; the fault is to offer an incomplete, kind view that avoids talking about the negative aspects of fame.
