Black Mirror: 6x05 Demon 79

I don't get the hate on this one. Sure, you could argue it doesn't "fit the Black Mirror theme", but this is actually one of the better episodes this season imo. It highlights the very dark part of our human nature, how easily corruptible we can be under the right circumstances and that's always fun to watch unfold.

Project Power

A pretty enjoyable movie that leaves you wishing there was more time to explore the concepts much more to make them even more solid than they were. The concepts and the ideas pretty well executed, but it leaves you with a sense that there's more to the story than what we were told. Plus, they could have explored each character's individual powers and origins a bit more if they had more time.

Honestly this is one those movies that would have benefited from being a mini series or something, it has potential for that kind of treatment imo. Would have probably turned out better in that format. Still a solid movie worthy of being in anyone's Watchlist.

Snow Day

This movie is cheesy in every sense of the word, but, you know what? That actually isn't a bad thing for this movie. It's an enjoyable watch with a great supporting cast. Is it the best movie I've ever watched? Far from it, but it's a fine movie that I felt wasn't a total waste of my time.

Fair warning: it's a musical, so if you hate those with a passion, you probably won't find it that enjoyable regardless of the cast. You've been warned.

Harley becomes part of the Bat Family, and it's implied Ivy will be the head of the Legion of Doom by the end of this episode... considering they're both still dating, this opens up so many interesting potential scenarios they could find themselves in. Ivy vs. Harley for Gotham's fate, part two perhaps?

Loki: 1x01 Glorious Purpose

Amazing first episode, great way to get you invested in the show. I'm hooked now for sure. Tom Hiddleston as Loki kills it, and proves he's the one and true Loki lol, no one else could have fit the role.

Miracle in Cell No. 7

Absolutely amazing movie that had me in tears throughout. So good! It's not afraid to defy stereotypes, which is another great thing it does. Don't hesitate any further, watch it now, it's unlikely that you'll regret it, especially if you're already a fan of drama movies.

Amphibia: 2x36 True Colors

Honestly, one of the best season finales ever made (cartoons or otherwise, imo). Absolutely phenomenal episode, and gives other Disney shows a run for their money, rivaling even the great Gravity Falls.

ParaNorman

This movie is amazing, it simply is. If you're on the fence, don't be, jump over it and watch it, It's got lessons fit for any age and one big one we all need to learn even today. Overall it's a fun movie with lots of great jokes and a few horror elements here and there too!

Amphibia: 2x20 The Shut-In!

A pretty solid Halloween special, with that classic Amphibia humor you've come to know and love by this point. And man there's a part or two where this episode gets pretty dark-- a friendly reminder that this show is way beyond just a kid's show.

Broadchurch

Was intrigued due to the premise and that David Tennant was in it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. It's definitely one of those shows where it's slower-paced, especially when compared to other shows of its genre(s) but it's so well written you get really drawn in due to the amazingly written characters and setting, and as such doesn't get boring despite that slower pace. You really start to feel for the characters as the show progresses. Seasons 2 and 3 touch upon some pretty heavy topics, and has great commentary on issues in our very own society, and really highlights some of them really well.

I definitely enjoyed watching this show. Stellar cast and writing. A definite must watch if you already enjoy slower-paced Drama Crime/Mystery shows, and a great watch even if you normally don't like slower-paced shows, such as myself.

The Devil All the Time

Not really sure what I was expecting from this movie, to be honest. Didn't even look at the description for it on Netflix. I watched it because I saw Tom Holland was in it, and was curious how he'd perform in a different role altogether. I'd say he was pretty good, and they made a great casting choice for his role.

Overall, definitely not a terrible movie by any means, although I wouldn't call it stellar or anything either. It kept me interested enough to keep watching till the end, at least.
