This puts the previous release to shame...total shambles the first movie was. This Snyder Cut really brought life to the characters, meaning to the story being told. We were robbed with that first Justice League movie.
Not even worth watching in quarantine.
Life changing when I first watched all them years ago and still a great watch today!
Better than I heard of it!! A reminder to always watch for yourself.
Has a indie vibe the story told although not necessarily new, made you curious to find out if the main character finds himself...and in someway the ending provided that.
I watched for the nostalgia and got a few laughs here and there. It was never going to be a critically acclaimed film but for those who grew up on the first movie I think we have closure :satisfied:. Good to see Wesley Snipes
After getting over the Harry Potter bit, allowing the suspense and anxiety of this thriller set in...Wow!...I felt like I was in prison with them trying to get out...my God that last door... The euphoria at the end was priceless. I'm certain I would have passed out mid escape.
Well done, engaging, powerful and heart felt. Like a breath of fresh air!
Captivating, well put together, hilarious, top noch performance from the cast. A movie I never new I needed.
It's a fun watch
A whimsical portrayal not far from the facts, with a touch of heart.
Started strong, faded a bit and the final fight wasn't what I expected, you're left hopeful for a good squeal though.
Blown away...power in the message, heart in the story.
Solid performance from the lead actors, authentic western setting, hints of suspense and with mystery to pull you into the characters supported with a heart felt ending. Good watch.
Certainly surprising, a movie that grew into it's own before your eyes.
It was a poor follow up to the first movie. The build up and the in between action were counter productive to the action. If you haven't seen the first movie and you are a Denzel fan then you just may like EQ2 otherwise it was substandard.
Bruh! This is powerful stuff! I'm on the verge of tears watching episode 6.
It's an action movie! and I appreciate the concept. It means this will never happen in real life, though.
How did it end? I fell asleep...
This movie is an absolute 10/10! It's packed with thrill and nail-biting suspense. The scenes are ultra-realistic in a comical way and the characters are well-developed. A definite must-see!
This kinda takes me back to those Steven Segal movie's 1990's. I was pretty receptive of it though, think I needed a movie like this to reset.
A good watch, creates an air introspection and pushes a sense of justice.
Whimsical at it's best. realistic ending :satisfied:
What did I just watch!?...things made sense right up to Jeremy confession after that...not sure of the reasons why things were happening...
I have to admit I walked into this movie not expecting much and I was duly slapped in the face by how good it was, tugging heart strings, inspiring duty, selflessness, forgiveness and trust talk about character building. Loved it.
Made for an interesting watch. Solid performance from Anthony.
It wasn't half bad, decent action...it's not completely absorbing, does have generic army action movie dialog and moments, solid 6 rating.
Tugs at those heart strings you thought you lost or out grown.
Mhm...weird, I had to start drawing my own premise as to what the movie was about. Couple looks for house, to start family gets stuck in some kind of alien abduction scheme, observed for research purposes and utilized to nurture the next agent. This movie should have a disclaimer "Watch only to waste time"
It was absolutely awesome to watch!
