Parts of it are great, but I found a lot of it really irritating. So many of the characters are really annoying and i think the movie tries to be almost too clever with its not so subtly veiled commentary on different class systems, and sometimes it's just too on the nose, like when the capitalist is suddenly advocating for communal living on the island, or when the lowly servant becomes queen and abuses her power.
doesn't really hold up, or my tastes have changed since I was 17...
this season ends in a dark moment for almost every character. wow. that was a little rough.
I think it's great except the end scenes with David Carradine just drag on a little too much compared to the pace of the rest the movie.
I like that magnetos origin story has to do with vengeance against nazis
I liked it more than I remembered. I think it’s the old fashion, America vs Nazi super science thing.
