I wasn't a huge fan of how similar this was to Episode 2 which did the concept of "foreign party controlling what you see/hear" a lot better. The analogy was a bit too on the nose in those one. Yes, it's a metaphor for the Holocaust. We get it.

@agentdrtran IMO, this is heavy-handed but at least it has a point. I think it works perfectly. Also, I don't think it's a metaphor for the Holocaust in particular... reminded me more of the current hatred of immigrants, refugees etc. It really works for any kind of warfare or institutionalised hatred, as well as being a pretty damn plausible extrapolation of what might happen if we use this kind of augmented reality in warfare... whereas S03E02 really didn't seem plausible to me. I don't see why anyone would want to or allow that to happen... there was no message in "Playtest"... except "don't build a super powered Occulus Rift that can be completely fucked to the point of killing the user by goddamn phone signals". This episode in contrast seems like something that's almost bound to happen to a certain extent if this type of AR happens.

@agentdrtran Here I thought it was a metaphor for Afghanistan. And Iraq. And Syria. And Palestine.
