9.5/10. Give me a reluctant Bob incompetently trying to carry out someone else's caper all day, Bob's Burgers. The idea of Bob getting strongarmed into a poorly-thought out and poorly-executed sting by the likes of Hugo is pure gold, and the fact that he comes to feel bad for and even like the guy who's surreptitiously selling him horse meat is a great twist on top of that. It leads to all sorts of great awkwardness, from Bob totally screwing up his simple mission to get his new supplier to claim it's beef, to the ridiculousness of the implements for the sting, to the his silly banter with the whole family.
Then, of course, you have Tina being outraged that someone would treat horses that way, in a B-story that portended great laughs and delivers. Her being conflicted by her two great loves -- Jimmy Pesto and horses -- at the birthday party, was a great place to take that part of the story. Really, the whole rest of the cast was in great form here, from Louise responding "Middle East" when Tina asks what the family was talking about, to Linda humming along with the supplier's song, to Teddy getting hooked on the horse burgers.
There's only a minimal emotional core here with Bob's guilt over implicating a guy he seems to like. But a great guest turn from Ken Marino as the supplier, and some great comic setpieces make this one a definite keeper.
