I don't think it was a huge let down but it did feel awkward. Kind of like they had to wrap it up too fast or weren't sure what to do. It left me with a strange feeling of sadness though I'm not sure how much of that was due to it being the end of one of my all time favorite shows, and how much was due to the actual plot.
