I got the impression that Devon wasn't in on Sandstorm enough to know Zapata on sight (or anything about her, really). But it did seem pretty likely that Parker would recognize her. Maaaybe Zapata should have tried stalling as long as she could before getting out of that car and showing him her face...

I assume, that someone are Prison Break fans :D Yes, they tried, but there was sooo many stupid things and mistakes. The most stupid was to think that Devon don't know how Zapata looks like.
