I think the question for Nora was a trick question. Both yes and no were the wrong answers. If she really wanted to leave the world behind she would have said that it doesn't matter to her. By saying yes she confirmed that she still cares. Probably the best episode I have seen this year.. Incredible from start to finish. What Nora said on the plane was the truth and they both knew it. And that last scene.. damn.
