[7.8/10] Another good episode! There was some really fun broad comedy with Selina being sick as a dog, but still trying to find ways to insinuate herself throughout the West Wing with her hilarious memos and other attempts to use technology. By the same token, Gary rushing around to try to keep her rested and well, and the status battles between him and Sue and other staffmembers create some fun conflicts as well.
The big set piece of the episode was nice too. Selina and her team trying to kneecap her own bill led to an amusing The Producers-style situation. Dan & Amy vs. Jonah and Richard out in the field made for some nice madcap lunacy, especially after Jonah realized they were only sent in because of their incompetence. And the crew back at the White House throwing blame and responsibility around when things start to go pear-shaped was amusing too.
Throw in Mike trying not to "hear" things so that he doesn't have to lie about it as press secretary was funny, as was the entire situation with Gary as the "go-between" for giving Congressman Pierce an ambassadorship. Plus the Tom James character and Selina's continued attempts not to be outdone by him continue to be a superb thread this season.
