I had so much fun watching this movie! It truly is a piece of art if you ask me. Great cast, great script and all the animated stuff looked absolutely perfect.
First of all, I want to say that there was a character growth between the first movie and this one I hadn't expected. For one I feel like all the characters "found" themselves, they were more confident of some sorts. All the emotions between them and the friendships were very strong, which you could really feel/see. So I'd say that's pretty cool to start off with. The script was basically perfect. I laughed a lot and made a lot of "naw" sounds as well because I just can't with baby Groot, I mean people come on, I'm weak, he's too cute. Do you know who's also pretty cute? Star-Lord. HAAAA. Yup I said it. Chris Pratt is the perfect fit for him. Drax might have been the funniest character this movie if you ask me. I absolutely love him. Put the beautiful and powerful Zoe Saldana as Gamora and Karen Gillan as Nebula next to that and all is well with the world. Also want to bring up Sean Gunn, Michael Rooker, Pom Klementieff and Kurt Russell. This whole cast is just amazing. As I said before all the animation was perfect. The worlds they created were so beautiful but so are all the ships. It's gorgeous, I can't add much more too that really.
I really really recommend this movie and just The Guardians of the Galaxy movies in general. I think these might be my favorite superhero movies. I'm still laughing at the part where Peter is looking for tape. That might be a spoiler but now you can look forward to it.
