One of the low points of the season thus far, the Initiative storyline takes itself into its most excruciatingly dull territory yet. As with every episode of BUFFY however, there's enough joyous moments due to its sacred characters that makes the entire experience still worthwhile, in spite of the overall unevenness of the episode.
