So Willa's back... and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

In story terms, it's great. Have somebody comeback that your lead never expects and turns your world upside down. But it also makes things VERY uncomfortable overall.

1. Wynonna now has to relieve the day she killed her dad, and live with the guiilt of having given up on the search for Willa. Wynonna already has enough guilt to last her a few lifetimes. Also, she is finally getting the groove of being The Heir and what that means, and now she is no longer that. The title now belongs to the "right person".

2. By sharing the Heir title with Willa, Wynonna finds some sort of support with Willa. She is no longer alone in carrying the burden of the title. But on the flipside, as Willa and Wynonna continue to bond, Waverly is left out as the third wheel. Every scene between Willa and Waverly you can feel the distance and coldness in their interactions. They are complete strangers with only a last name in between.

Meanwhile, Doc bumps into an older man, which seems just creepy and weird, but we learn that there are higher powers/players in the game than we anticapted. Maybe something more ancient? Magical? Demon?

The strong points for this episode are Wynonna being in the middle of Willa and Waverly, almost trying to choose sides or loyalties. Also liked that we got a glimpse into there being TPTB, having stakes in the Heir.

Weak point: the demon of the week was eh. did we really need it or could we have spent more time on something else.

More and more we see the show's strenght come from the familial relationships and the struggles they cause rather than the demons that need to be hunted. The only time when the demons work, is if they are a physical reflection of the Earps emotional demons.

Fav scenes: The Earp sisters kicking ass and taking names, also firing alot of shot guns.
