I thought this season was amazing. It gave a lot more insight than season 1 and you really get to know each and every character. The acting is superb as well as directing and editing. I love the way this is filmed and I love the depth of the story. If you’re struggling with emotional or psychological problems or not I think this show offers great insight in the why’s and how’s of all people involved. I felt as if I was a part of this story and it moved me to tears. The underlying message is personal for each and everyone I believe but I think this is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. I was absolutely hooked from the first episode and couldn’t stop watching just because you wanna know what happens next. Also, there has been a lot of criticism on the more graphic scenes but I think all of them were filmed with class and shows more of the emotions and pain of the victims than just brutal violence. It truly gives an insight as to what a lot of kids deal with on a daily basis (the bullying and assault) and I feel I’d rather watch this (however mentally/ emotionally hard it was) than watch Brad Pitt de-scalp nazi’s in all its glory (Inglorious Bastards).
