I kept hoping something better would come towards the end of the season but it never did. To me it was very predictable. It didn't surprise me once. The normal family drama cliches (where you always expect the kids to do something stupid and be annoying) didn't add to the drug story which was also thin. Solid performances by the leads but nothing great. Especially Bateman seems emotionless at times.
Color grade was too much. Got tired of the constant blue tint.
I hope next season will be better but it certainly didn't left me expecting for it...
