Las Estrellas have returned to their daily lives and but nothing is okay: Miranda is juggling med school and escort message from Ignacio, Lucia is trying to work on a new campaign, Carla gets fired from her job, Flor just got an eviction notice and Virginia knows that Ignacio is seeing someone else. Even with all of this, the question of the hotel and inheritance still looms over all of them.
As Flor tries to figure out where she'll stay, Danny (the other driver from the accident) comes looking for her, cause he's got a huge crush. But it doesn't seem like Flor is quite as into him.
Surprise! Javo is married and with a kid. Didn't see that coming, but then again it's only episode two. Javo and his wife are having some serious problems, including jealousy and keeping their arguments away from their son. Their problems seems to be something that's been happening for a long time, before he even knew Virginia existed. I like this set up cause it means that if Vir and Javo get together, then it won't be either of them leaving a spouse they love, but rather a normal progression from two people who's current love lives aren't working.
With each girls' work problems, their interest in managing the hotel becomes of great interest to them, though not for the reason their father had hoped.. but something is better than nothing. The hotel is not exactly what they expect, but it's manageable enough.
As Carla and Lucia try to work out hotel, they bump into Carla's Ex-Fiance, Sebastian, who she left before their wedding, and someone Carla clearly doesn't want to see.
Meanwhile, Flor is getting Dani to help store her things, since she's been thrown out of her apartment for 2 years of not paying. She doesn't have a job or money, and her family doesn't know. Hmmm. Seems like Dani is super into Flor. Not sure if I like him or not. Still too early.
Things at with Virginia are not going well, when she finds out her husband's law firm is sending whore's to clients, adding to the list of issues coming between her and Ignacio.
This episode feels more of a part two of ep 1, the question of posed at the end is resolved.... yes, the five Estrellas will work together (though kicking and screaming) running the hotel in order to received their inheritance.
Also, Javo's hair in the restaurant is horrendous... I hope they fix it soon. It's so bad.; Karla's stress eating is me so much. Keep eating your stress and feelings girl.
