@danio1972 They have sinks in the infirmary so one may assume they have running water throughout the barracks. They also will have a shower and laundry at the Swan, though the water smells like sulfur. Remember they have been with Dharma for three years and only spent a comparatively short time after the crash of 815 without bathing.
