It's a Hallmark Movie with some big names attached... Rosie O'Donnell and Andie MacDowell star, Anjelica Huston directs, and the music is by one of the dudes from The Police (Copeland).
OMG WHY did we watch this?!? I want my hour thirty back!!!
I swear this was retribution from one of the guys (yeah, he was giggling at us the entire time)... This was essentially watching someone do REALLY bad "mentally handicapped" impersonations for over an hour and a half. Sounds bad right? Maybe a little problematic? Yeah. The movie is essentially 1:30 of cringing.
Then there's the whole wtf unrealistic over-cliched story about the sister, "making the best of" (exploiting) her situation as caretaker for an art-photography passion project... And then the super-nice-guy love interest she has gets hand waved away so that the ex-boyfriend with the more socially acceptable job can waltz back in.
