@abstractlegend I think the whole point of the Russo arc is that his mind is what is most fucked up. Plus they mentioned in this episode that he got reconstructive surgery done to his face.

@maeron you should look up the character Jigsaw. Plus after what Frank did, no surgeon could fix that face.
